Sudore Pilates was established in 2003 and is located in the North Ranch Pavillion's Shopping Center in Westlake Village, California.  Known for our highly qualified instructors and serene atmosphere, Sudore Pilates offers private and group Pilates sessions.  Although we are tucked away in a suburb of Los Angeles, we provide high quality training by maintaining the integrity of Pilates which is the "art of controlling body movement"- Joseph Pilates. 

All of our instructors are certified by world renowned teachers both here in Los Angeles and in New York.  All are members of the Pilates Method Alliance.
